Owner - Lead Chef Instructor
Ivo d'Aguiar is a Chef from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts and also the Valedictorian (best of class) of his graduation year. Ivo's passion for cooking started very early and with 25 years old he started his first Restaurant Business. For Ivo, there is no reason to know something if you can't teach to others, and in 2018 he founded "Cooking Classes by ALMA"with the main objective of teaching cooking techniques for those who doesn't know how to cook, thought hands on classes. Been an enthusiast of the associativism movement and understanding that together we can go further, Ivo is also the VP for the American Culinary Federation - Miami Chapter and Founder-Coordinator for the Brazilian Business Association.
