You love fish but need ideas on how to prepare it? In this class we will take you to the undersea world and you will be able to learn how to choose your fish, preparation and best cooking techniques. You will take your butchery and cooking skills to the next level.
You will butcher a fish.
Enjoy the dishes prepared by yourself with the parts that you made.
Our menu include three fish preparations: Fish Fumet, Pan Seared and Fried.
Demonstrations run for 1-1.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.
You will make new friends at our communal table.
Class include one glass of wine selected by our sommelier.
