CLASS DESCRIPTION

One of the most important factors of a dish is the sauce. In this class, our chefs will explore the mother sauces, classic sauces, techniques and the right ingredients to recreate at home.

  • Explore traditional sauce preparation and technique like: Bechamel or Pesto; Mornay or Cacio e Pepe; and Pomodoro.

  • Enjoy the dish incorporating sauces prepared by yourself.

  • Demonstrations run for 1-1.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.

  • You will make new friends at our communal table.

  • Class include one glass of wine selected by our sommelier.
