CLASS DESCRIPTION
One of the most important factors of a dish is the sauce. In this class, our chefs will explore the mother sauces, classic sauces, techniques and the right ingredients to recreate at home.

Explore traditional sauce preparation and technique like: Bechamel or Pesto; Mornay or Cacio e Pepe; and Pomodoro.

Enjoy the dish incorporating sauces prepared by yourself.

Demonstrations run for 1-1.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.

You will make new friends at our communal table.

Class include one glass of wine selected by our sommelier.
