KNIFE SKILLS
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Are you afraid of using your knife? Get confidence with the most classic and important of chef's tools, and your time in the kitchen will be transformed. With the help of our chef instructor, you will learn how to choose your knife, to sharpen and honing. In this hands-on class, you'll learn basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts. Knife skills are the most important part of the cooking, since you will be using this knowledge every time you cook.

You will learn how to do the basic knife cuts like: mince, chiffonade, dice, brunoise, bâtonnet and julienne.

Enjoy the dishes prepared by yourself using your knife skills.

Our menu include some dishes prepared with your own cuts: Roasted Veggies, Fresh Tomato Bruschetta and a Salad.

Demonstrations run for 1-1.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.

You will make new friends at our communal table.

Class include one glass of wine selected by our sommelier.
