HANDS-ON PIZZA WORKSHOP

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Learn how to make classic Neapolitan-style pizza in your own oven with this hands-on, interactive class! Our chefs will walk you through the steps and secrets of preparing pizza dough from scratch you will be able to recreate at home. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and toppings while enjoying complimentary wine selected by our sommelier.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Pizza: Welcome

You will make new friends and work with other students in groups.
Demonstrations run for 1-1.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.
You will enjoy your own pizza post-class.
Classes include one complementary glass of sommelier-selected wine.
